Do-It-Yourself Homemade Microwave Popcorn

I mentioned some time ago that we make our own homemade microwave popcorn. Many of you requested the "recipe" and I've finally had a chance to write it up for you. Enjoy!

What's your favorite healthy popcorn seasoning?

We actually use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray!

I like to spray it with a non stick butter spray ( I like to use Pam) and then sprinkle it with sea salt.
