Renu coupon isn't working. On 2 different computers it says I've already printed it when I haven't

what is CRT?

I think CRT stands for Cash Register Tape. It's the coupons that print out of the price checker/scanner (red box) that you should do when you first go into CVS. Usually prints a few, then scan card again for some more. Repeat until it says no more for today. :)
