How do I get the Redplum coupon for B1G1 candy bars?
Thanks.
Tara Kuczykowski
Debbie, this coupon was in the Redplum newspaper insert on 9/26. You could also check eBay or purchase from one of the coupon clippers I have listed. If you buy today, you should most likely receive them in time to take advantage of the sale.

This totally confuses me, lol. I only have 2 coupons so how many would I buy and how many would I pay for?
Leigh
I went to CVS yesterday and the candy was not ringing up buy 2 get 1 free. They were ringing up $.50 each which I guess is a better deal since the shelf tag said that they are $.89 each. 3 would have been $1.78 for buy 2 get 1 free. 3 @ $.50 each is $1.50. I just bout 2 and used my BOGO coupon and got 2 for $.50- $.25 each. Also, I got the Schick razor free with the RR and the $4 Q. I got mine off of a display that had peelies on them for a free can of shaving cream ($3.99) with the razor purchase. The ones on the shelf did not have the peelies.

I bought these candy bars yesterday at cvs using this coupon. When you buy several candy bars – the cash register autmaticly adjust’s the price of candy bars to 50 cents each instead of 89 cents. Then they took 50 cents off for each coupon. They said I made off better that way – in the long fun – I actually paid more.
Terri
there is also a limit of 9 candy bars

I don’t get RedPlum, only a SmartSource (free local newspaper provided by the college), so no BOGO coupons.
I do have a coupon for free M&M’s though, so I would only have to buy 1, then get a third one free?
Thanks Leigh, I’ll keep a look out for the peelie.
Brandi
I’m looking through my booklet for (9-26-10) and I don’t see a BOGO, Maybe it’s that we are in different areas?
bianca
im so confused as to how this deal works. will someone please explain?
Leah
Look @ it this way:
Candy bar 1-.89
Candy bar 2-.89
Candy bar 3- free from cvs
Candy bar 4- .89
Candy bar 5- .89
Candy bar 6- free from cvs
Then you have (3) b1g1 coupons which means 3 are covered by the coupons: paying for candy bars 1,2, and 4. Leaving you to only have to pay for candy bar 5.
Hope that didn’t make it more confusing! :)
Now if I only had these qs in my RP.
Cursed by regional once again.

Leah, There is a blinkie machine for BOGO for Milky Way in CVS in an odd place. In my CVS it was in the Halloween decor/candy aisle about eye level. It has a picture of Milky Way Simply Caramel on it so if you find it, you can still do this deal. Hope this helps!

I only had 2 coupons. Picked up 6 bars but it didn’t work out for me the way I thought it would. I thought it would turn out as B1 & G2 free with the coupon. Rang up at 50 cents each for the first 2, and the 3rd had the full 89 cents taken off. Did this twice. So for 6 bars, they came out at around 33 cents each (33.3 I think I figured) vs. about 30 (29.6 each). Didn’t bother to question it as the cashier covered the difference & said it was OK b/c I didn’t have exact change (but was going to pay it anyway & get change back). Oh well.

I happened upon this deal as well but it didnt go smoothly for me either..
The evening manager wound up ringing me up since it wasnt automatically taking the 3rd one off.
She manually had to go back & credit the 3rd of each set of 3.. then she took off the additional 50 cents off for each one..
We read the add to mean that you could buy 9 transactions of B2G1 meaning 27 total (9×3) so I got 27 candy bars for the price of 9. :D
I wouldnt want to repeat it though.. It wasnt fun even though the gal is just plain wonderful.

I did the deal early Sunday morning and as everyone said the Snickers were ringing up 50 cents and the TWIX: 79 cents. The register scan the TWIX 79 cents times two and the third free. No problem. The Snickers rang up 50 cents but did not do the promotion of the third off. Thank goodness I was the only person there and the store manager was the only employee workingat that time. So he made the adjustments of the third off. I bought twelve bars used 6 B1G1 coupons. He deducted 2 (79 cents) and 4 (50 cents) plus I had a CVS coupon of 50 cents. My total OOP incl tax was 1.48. Not bad for 12 full bars for a dollar,
Lisa
Sorry the coupon was B2G1.
Lisa
No my mistake it is B1G1.

I went to cvs today, bought 9 candy bars, and only paid $.76 or $.79 cents! I had to free coupons, and then 1 bogo coupon. I got 8 candy bars for free, and didnt even pay full price for one. The plan was for me to only get 6, but the cash register said i had an overage of $.30, and one of my free coupons still wasnt rung up yet. So I put another candy bar up there. Same thing, still had an overage of $.30, so I put another two more up, since buying another 2 would get me a free one! My pregnant butt was pretty happy paying either $.76 or $.79 for 9 candy bars!
