Maria, you don't need a filler and you can buy it with the same ecb. :)

wyb=when you buy
ECB= Extra Care Bucks (CVS's version of the Register Rewards from Walgreens but at CVS, they spend like cash on anything you want...Walgreens RRs are "manufacturer coupons" and can't be combined with other man. coupons like the ones described above which you'd find in your Sun. newspaper and/or circulars that come in the mail)

You can buy the same item with previous same ECB, but remember there is limit of how many times ECB will print for each deal per card. If over limit, ECB will not print.

For the Gillette/Old Spice senario, can you use the $4/2 Gillette BW coupon as well since your buying two body washes along with the BOGO and the FREE deodorant wyb BW? Or am I confused?

You can't use a $/2 with a BOGO because you only have 2 products. You would have to buy 3 products.

Just got back from my local CVS and I used the Gillette BW BOGO plus the $4/2 coupons. At first the cashier warned me that it may not work, but she examined the coupons again and rang it through. I paid $0/2 Gillette BW and got back $8 in ECB.
