The main ingredient pelargonium sidoides is from a south african plant. The case studies are impressive (over 3800 people) for effectiveness. My boss nad his wife passed this miserable upper respiratory cold unto me and I started taking Cold Buster as soon as my throat felt scratchy. I am doing much better than they are and I came down with this two days later! I'm also asthmatic with a history of pneumonia. This product has worked at preventing the cold from settling in my chest. Buy it and keep it on hand.

There would have to be a shelf tag to get the rain check. And even then, I wonder if they would give one if it's not in the ad. Could be a YMMV.
