After you take the survey a bar pops up at the top of the webpage and you have to click on it and allow it to open, then the coupon will print.
Good Luck...........you can copy the coupon on a printer and use it several times too.

That's not correct, Sandra. You should have been able to print the coupon as soon as the survey was finished. However, I just looked at the landing page, and it doesn't mention the coupon any more, so I think the offer must be over.

I found a great offer as I was flipping through Glamour magazine. Buy a featured item at CVS between 10/6 and 11/8 (Curel, Essences of Beatuy, Jergens or John Frieda) and send the receipt in to glamalert.com (the address) and they will send the 1st 1,000 people a gift bag filled with products worth $70 or so. MAke sure to send your origional receipt.

Jennifer, getting a flu shot is not a requirement for getting the coupon booklet. I've had several readers report you can just ask for it.
