My birthday was two days ago and I did not receive any ECB's. My card has been registered with my birthday on their website for severa years now. My daughter's b'day was a month ago and she received no ECB's too. Not sure this promo is working for everyone.

My bday is later in Oct. I just got a random $2 at the CRT scanner today, didn't check to see if it said anything about bday. Those who got one, did you get it on your receipt, in an email or at the magic machine?

Mary- That $2 was probably for your spending for the summer quarter, The quarter ended on October 1st.

I got it as an email. My bday 9/27. I don't go to cvs very often, so I don't scan my card often. I don't keep up with the deals at cvs either, so I just got some theater candy. I know, how lame. :)

Mine was in an email as well. It could have easily been deleted as junk email... I've learned to at least open all emails from stores I shop at.. even if I dont read the whole thing.
CVS and Rite Aid send me $ off coupons all the time via email!

If you don't receive your birthday extra care bucks, simply ask the manager to print them for you. Most would gladly do so with proof it is your birthday.

Your web site is one of the worst I have ever seen on the Internet.
I suggest you monitor your site.
You see, I want to remain your customer.
