I like to drink yogurt. I pour in my favorite juice and add some vanilla yogurt into my Tupperware shaker, shake it up, and drink it on my way out the door.

I love cutting up some fresh strawberries and bananas and mixing it with some Yoplait yogurt and topping it with some fresh blueberries and granola. It tastes like a decadent treat and I love knowing that it is good for me too!
