The recalled heaters are grey with a metal handle on the top and grey control knobs on the front, and were sold for about $18. The model number is 1013 and can be found on a label on the lower left corner of the back panel of the heater.

We don’t have any of the recalled models this time, but we’ve previously owned 2 recalled Aloha Breeze heaters that we purchased from Walmart. One died with no other issues, but the second one smoked & melted the plastic case. I’m surprised Aloha Breeze is even still manufacturing heaters, since it seems their name constantly pops up on recall lists for them. I don’t know if they make anything else, but I can guarantee, I won’t be trying them out.

Thank you! I have this heater. It’s going back soon.
