their point system is suck. Every 5000 point we, they print out $5 coupon but need to use it within two days and need to spend over $25 in order to use it.

The point system is AWESOME! Mongee, I am not sure where you got that info (from a register printout possibly?) but the points don't expire til after 6 months and there is no minimum purchase required to use them. They can be used in conjunction with manf coupons!

Mongee - that's not how it works at most locations? You elect when you want to spent your points during checkout. The more you save, the more they are worth.
