Let me clarify the $5 Renewal Program cancellation fee. When you purchased the 2009 Entertainment Book you received an additional $5 off the book you ordered because you opted to enroll in our Renewal Program. That discount was contingent upon your receipt of our 2010 Book through the Annual Renewal Program. Since you have decided to cease being a member of our Annual Renewal Program and are no longer purchasing the 2010 Edition, we are recouping the discount we extended to you." I just checked my bank account and now have a $5 charge from them. Lovely. Oh well. It was still free (I think). Plus, I STILL haven't been paid from Chasbaq, and they absolutely have all the information they need. Kind of a bummer. I haven't talked to them about it yet so I'll go do that now.
