Self magazine has put out their annual call for readers interested in testing beauty products for the 2009 Healthy Beauty Awards. They will be selecting 800 people to test out a range of beauty products and submit their opinions to them. If you'd like a chance to participate, just fill out their online tester questionnaire.
I was lucky enough to be selected the last three years in a row, and one year they even sent me two different kinds of items! They send you a range of similar products, and then you give feedback on which one you like the best. I've tested face lotions, deep conditioners, self-tanning lotions, and mascaras, and it seems like you generally get a wide range of price points from low-end drugstore brands to high-end department store brands.
I highly recommend taking 3 minutes to submit the form. You just might get some fun products to test out!
