Giant Eagle has it for $22.99 plus an extra 30 cents of fuelperks, I bought it this morning, had no problem using the $10 internet coupon as it was in their ad.

what is the deal with TRU and the free disney book? I looked in their add and saw something for a free coupon book, but not disney book

Kristine, I think you're right. It's the coupon book -- thanks!

How do you get both mail in rebates when you need the upc for both of them? Thanks.

Reply

5 Tara Kuczykowski October 5, 2010 at 11:55 am

Disney movies have two UPCs on them, so you can remit for up to two rebates. You may need to ask the cashier to print a second rebate receipt if both rebates call for an original receipt.

Has anyone found Western Bagel products at Walmart? Are they in the regular bagel/bread section? I looked yesterday and couldn't find them anywhere. Thanks in advance!

I was reading the rebate forms and the one with the bagels says photocopies acceptable, so no need to get an extra receipt.

If you purchase Beauty and the Beast at Toys R Us and Preorder Toy Story 3 at the same time, you should walk out the door with the movie and the Preorder for $7.99 before using the rebates.

Toys R Us has a promotion - Preorder Toys Story 3 ($5) and purchase a Disney DVD $19.99 or more and save $10.

Math:
$22.99 for Beauty and the Beast DVD
$5 for Toys Story 3 Preorder
-$10 Savings for buying both
-$10 Printable coupon
= $7.99 with $5 of it going towards Toy Story 3 when it it released (if purchasing from Toys R Us)

Then ad on rebates to make money.

Thanks for sharing!! I was just going to get it at Target but that's a much better deal!

But what about if you already preordered Beauty and the Beast? There seems to be alot of confusion on that because when I preordered the Blu ray it was priced at 29.99. Now that its down to 22.99 there might be a problem with receiving the $10 savings for buying both . Has anyone done this yet??

HI! is this in their ad? i want to make sure i have proof for them.. you know how they can be sticklers...or is it listed at the store?

Here is how the Toys R Us deal actually works (I know because I tried to pre-order B&B this weekend). You pay $5 to pre-order a DVD/Blu Ray combo pack. The form clearly states that when you do, you get $10 off any Disney DVD/Blu Ray combo pack priced over $19.99 (must be a combo pack, not just the DVD); however, you get this $10 off another combo pack when you pick up the one you pre-ordered, NOT at the time you order it. I'm not sure what the expiration dates are on the Beauty and The Beast coupons if you just now print them, but I printed mine right when they were available, and mine would have expired by the time Toy Story 3 arrived in stores, so I wouldn't have been able to use the $10 off the B&B combo pack. Make sense? I think it might just work if the timing of the B&B coupon expiration and the release of TS3 in stores overlap, but I"m not sure.

I remember doing this pre-order business last spring when Toy Story 1&2 combo packs were being released, and I pretty much got paid a small amount to get Princess and the Frog after the $10 off, so I was excited to do the same this year, but it didn't work out. Hopefully it will for some of you who may not have printed the B&B coupon yet.

I went this morning b/c I had a preorder for BATB as well. Went SOOOO much smoother than picking up Tinkerbell!! Receipt looks like:
BATB $29.99
-$7 promo (for sale price of $22.99)
+$5 TS3 preorder
-$5 BATB preorder
-$10 TS3 promo
-$10 Vendor coupon
------------------
2.99 OOP

14 Melissa October 5, 2010 at 5:24 pm

So, I didn't preorder BATB, but I want to take advantage. Mine should look like yours above, plus $5, right?

16 Erin October 5, 2010 at 12:30 pm

Thanks, Brooke. I was planning on buying both Toy Story 3 and Beauty and the Beast anyway so that's a GREAT deal!

Do you really have to cut the box to get the proof of purchase? Is there any way around this? I have a little case of OCD and would hate to have to cut the box up.

Reply

18 rebecca October 5, 2010 at 2:22 pm

There's no way around it unfortunately. If it's any consolation, the tabs are very small and on the back corner of the box so it's not extremely noticeable. :D

I think at target you can price match Toys R Us for the 22.99 right?

Reply

20 Becky October 6, 2010 at 12:34 pm

I was able to price match at Target this morning with the TRU ad I had with me, and use the $10 mfr coupon.

Did anyone have trouble printing out the coupon?

Hi,
I don't see in the Toys R Us ad about $10 off when u preorder Toy Story 3 and purchase a disney movie 19.99 or more. Is it just a sign in the store?

Reply

23 Tina October 5, 2010 at 2:28 pm

On the TS3 preorder form it says it. Just ring up the $5 preorder for TS3 when you get BATB & the register will automatically take it off :)

Reply

24 Angie October 5, 2010 at 2:09 pm

This is probably a dumb question but does the Blue Ray combo pack have to be purchased at the same time as the soup and bagels or can they be from different stores? Thanks:)

Reply

25 Tara Kuczykowski October 5, 2010 at 2:14 pm

That's not a dumb question! They can all be purchased from different stores. You'll just have to submit more than one receipt with the rebate form.

On the flyer, it has the DVD listed on the page with spend $40 on Disney Princess and get a free tea cart. I got the Blueray (I preordered), a $19.99 set, a few other small items and the tea cart for $30. It didn't ring up correctly, but they honored the ad.

Reply

27 Erika October 5, 2010 at 2:24 pm

Della, i tested this out online sunday night, the tea cart didnt came off because the movie isn't counted towards the $40, i put $40 worth of princess items in my cart online and the tea cart price automaticly came off, when i tried to switch out 1 item for the movie it added the price of the cart, it says online qualifying items are dolls, coustumes, etc. But if they adjusted it for you , your lucky you must have a nice rus, my closest one would have never done that

It worked for me in store with no problems...I preordered 2 TS3 ($10 total), bought 2 BATB ($22.99 each), and picked up the teacart. The 2 BATB Blu Ray absolutely counted towards the $40 Princess purchase. SOOOO...I received the tea cart for free, got two $10 discounts for prepurchasing TS3, and I used 2 $10 manu. coupons. Grand total: $16.58. The cashier didn't have to adjust a thing for me....the register automatically did it (and the cashier laughed when the total appeared; she congratulated me).

I just read at thekrazycouponlady that Randalls, Vons, Safeway, etc are offering free items when purchasing Beauty and the Beast.
Pay $24.99 -$10.00 printable coupon if you have it.
Get a free pumpkin (up to a $5.00 value), Free Jollytime microwave popcorn (size limit), and a Princess Sport bottle.
Valid now until 10/12/10

FWIW, as I don't see it listed above (and, PMI if I missed it).

The Wal-Mart version comes w/ a "Free ticket to Tangled". Or, at least, the one I purchased this morning (w/ the $10 IC) did.

Is there another $5/$25 printable like last week with the Strawberry Shortcake deal? That would make this awesome! :D

Back from trus, and for some reason it went way better then the tinkerbell nightmare (mayb because i went to a different store) anyways this is what i did and how my reciept looked
beauty and the beast blu ray $7.99
($22.99 - $5 preorder-$10 for preodering TS3)
Toy story 3 preorder $5
vendor coupon -$10
sub total $2.99
tax $.87
total $3.86
paid the $3.86 using gift card from tinkerbell preorder so i paid nothing additonal and i have $5 off toy story. I really wasn't goin to even bother with the preorder because with tinkerbell i only got credit for 4.99 for my coupon and they tried telling me it was because i was getting $10 off for the preorder of beauty and the beast and i couldnt combine a promotion with a coupon, but my cashier today (at a different store the the tinkerbell nightmare) actually suggested i preorder ts3 and everything went through no problem. YEAH!!! I also recieved the coupon booklet but its basicly worthless as i have all the movies the coupons are for, plus it seems you have to purchase 2 movies just to use 1 coupon for $6 off.

Ok girls, not great at this but if I go to Toys r us and do the preorder on toy story 3 how much are you actually paying for Toy Story 3? Can I literally go in with my vendor $10 coupon for BATB and get both movies for $2.99?? Not sure what the $5 off for preorder above means---did you already preorder BATB. I'm just trying to figure out if I go with the $10 off vendor coupon and preorder Toy Story 3 what I will be paying for both movies. Thanks to anyone from a newbie:-)

Reply

34 Emily October 6, 2010 at 9:28 pm

The $5 pre-order for Toy Story 3 basically means that you are reserving a copy of Toy Story 3 to purchase when it comes out. You pay $5 down on it now, and you pay the remaining balance when you pick it up. So we really don't know right now what it will end up costing, as we don't know how much Toy Story 3 will be when it is release. There will most certainly be a $10 off manufacturer Q, so it shouldn't be too bad. But you do still end up having to pay for the entire Toy Story 3 movie; you're just paying $5 toward it now to reserve your copy. Make sense?

I went to TRU today and was told there was NO pre-order for Toy Story 3!!! Is this valid at any of the stores? If so can I go back and pre-order TS3 and get a price adjustment on my BATB? I'm sooo mad now!

36 kat October 5, 2010 at 6:26 pm

I just came back from TRU in Cerritos, CA and thats what they told me. They also said that they didnt receive the coupon book. What a drag! I am keeping my receipt and going back in a few days to see if they have the Presale cards for TS3. I am on a mission now...lol.

Reply

37 Erika October 6, 2010 at 12:30 am

My store didnt have the TS3 cards either. It look like they xeroxed one and that was what they were doing the preorder with. I HIGHLY doubt they will do i price adjustment.

38 Mary October 7, 2010 at 9:18 am

I went to TRU yesterday. They said they didn't have the coupon book nor did they know anything about th TS3 preorder. But I got a great associate and he looked and looked and looked (I was going out of my mind with my 2 year old) but he did eventually find the cards and was able to make it all work. He said, if one TRU is doing it they all have to be. So, for those of you that had a struggle, I would go back and make them look a little harder. And if they don't price adjust your recipt, just return it and buy it again. They will end up giving you the $10 coupon in cash to put towards buying it again. Good luck!

I bought 2 today at Target. Do you know if the Campbells Soup Rebate takes copies of the receipt or did you need an original? I know you can only do 1 rebate per household so I was going to do one under my mothers name and address too.

Reply

42 Becky October 6, 2010 at 12:40 pm

It does not specify whether it has to be the original receipt or if it can be a photocopy - It just says "Cash register receipt...". It does say the store location (state) of the receipts have to match the state of the submission address.

I've tried several different sites trying to get a printable $10 off coupon of Beauty and the Beast, every site routes me back to disneyrewards.com but everytime it says site not found. Is there another site that has this coupon? How is everyone else printing their's???

Did you sign in to your Disney rewards account (you must be signed in to access the coupon and print it)? After that, go to Promotions, then Special Offers. That's where it still is for me even though I have already printed the coupon the number of times allowed.
The coupon expires 10/12/10.

If you live in Texas with a HEB close by, they have a sale this week to purchase a package of Goldfish crackers and get a FREE can of Cambells Kids soup when using their in-store coupon. No additional coupon can be used for the soups but if you somehow have a coupon for the crackers that can be used.
The location I was just at in Pearland had the crackers for about $1.56 with plenty of variety of both items.

So how much will you pay for Toy Story 3 when u pick it up then?

Reply

57 Melissa October 6, 2010 at 4:02 pm

I don't know for sure, yet, but my guess would be that it would be about the same as BATB (list price 39.99) - but retail price is 45.99 already! I would say that total would be about $25.00 (before any rebates - but you know Disney will put a $10 coupon online that you can use and there will probably be another deal - you can go ahead and print a coupon for Disney's Tinkerbell Rescue whatever ($5 off) which retails for $19.99 in case you can use that when you need to buy the other... it doesn't expire until January)

Reply

58 Jaime October 7, 2010 at 5:47 pm

Good grief, where do you live? The price sticker on my BATB was $29.99 from TRU. and that is the most expensive I have seen it. Almost every Blu-Ray I have seen (combo packs) have never been over $30.

Most small businesses don't need thousands of links built or a $10,000 website.
On the other hand, there is no way to guarantee the results.

The best SEO service, without doubt, can help website owners, online enterprises and internet marketers
to get ahead of the competition.
