Join me every day this week for Back-to-School Giveaways. I’ll be posting 5-day giveaways at 8 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. ET to give you plenty of chances to win!
As I've mentioned before, KIND Snacks have quickly become one of my favorite healthy snacks, and they're especially great when I'm looking for a nutritious snack while I'm on the go. The makers of KIND believe that food should never be processed to the point that you can no longer tell what it is, and all of their bars are made from wholesome all-natural ingredients you can see and pronounce. With whole nuts and fruit held together with honey through a natural process that keeps them fresh, KIND snacks are packed full of flavor and have just the right amount of crunch!
KIND is a sponsor of the annual Great Kindness Challenge on August 14.
The Great Kindness Challenge is one day devoted to performing as many acts of kindness as possible. This year's goal is to have over one million children participate with the hope that this day will inspire a lifelong commitment to service and kindness.
From sunup to sundown, children around the world will accomplish simple, kind deeds using The Great Kindness Challenge Checklist from Kids for Peace. Visit The Great Kindness Challenge for more information and to sign up to participate!

My most recent act of kindness involves a sweet, elderly woman I met in the grocery store last week. She was having trouble with her shopping, so I put mine off to help her finish hers. During our shopping excursion, I learned that she was recently widowed and that he used to do the shopping. She tore at my heartstrings and we now have a weekly standing date-Thursdays, 11am, Shopping, then coffee. My kindness act was helping her, hers was just being herself, she reminded me of my Grandmom who I lost in 2002. I helped out and gained a friend :) Luv ya Mrs. L!!

KIND snacks
I allow others at the grocery store to go ahead of me if they just have a few items. I also always have a smile on my face and make eye contact with people to let them know someone sees them tody and is thinking of them.
finding all sorts of things I no longer need, I'm being kind to myself by uncluttering my life and also helping out others with good reusable items they can have

I recently gave things I couldnt use to an elderly widow
Donated many baby items! Now I'll be donating some household items:)
I was at an ice cream shoppe and had an extra coupon, so I gave it to the couple behind us.
We are teaching kindness to our children by having them go through their toys to donate some.
We just cleaned out our closets and donated clothes, shoes and coats for kids who need these items for back to school. Thanks!!
I donated high end goods (16GB iPad, for one) for our Undy 5000 - Dallas team to raffle to raise awareness and money for a cure for colon cancer in my daddy's honor. At $5 a ticket with non-winning tickets rolling over to the next drawings, it's a win-win. Go Chisum's Crew!
We're all going to a family wedding hours away. My sister is picking up my 83 year old parents on her way to the wedding(which she's not staying for), and I'll be driving them back to their house afterwards.
They really don't like to drive that far any more, so are very appreciative that their daughters will be doing the driving.
Thanks for the giveaway!
