Back-to-School Deals: State Sales Tax Holidays

Does your state do a sales tax holiday for back-to-school shopping? If you're not sure, I've put together a list of participating states and the items included. There may be additional restrictions and locales not participating, so be sure to click on the link for the official state site.
Alabama's state tax holiday includes clothing priced at $100 or less; computers, software & supplies priced at $750 or less per item; and school supplies priced $50 or less.
Connecticut's state tax holiday includes clothing & footwear priced at less than $300 per item.
Florida's state tax holiday includes nooks, wallets, bags and clothing priced at $50 or less and school supplies priced$10 or less.
Illinois's state tax holiday includes reduced sales and use tax rate of 1.25% on clothing items priced at $100 or less and school supplies.
Iowa's state tax holiday includes clothing & footwear priced at $100 or less per item.
All items less than $2,500 for personal use exempt from 4% State Rate. Local rates still apply.
Clothing and footwear sold in Maryland and priced at $100 or less are exempt.
Missouri's state tax holiday includes clothing & footwear priced at $100 or less; school supplies priced at $50 or less per item; computer software priced at $350 or less; and personal computers or peripheral devices priced at $3,500 or less.
New Mexico's state tax holiday includes clothing & footwear priced at $100 or less per item; school supplies priced at $15 or less per item; computers priced at $1000 or less; and computer equipment priced at $500 or less.
North Carolina's state tax holiday includes clothing, footwear & school supplies priced at $100 or less per item; sports & recreation equipment priced at $50 or less per item; school instructional materials priced at $300 or less; computer supplies priced at $250 or less per item; and computers priced at $3,500 or less.
Oklahoma's state tax holiday includes clothing and shoes priced at $100 or less.
South Carolina's state tax holiday includes clothing, clothing accessories, footwear, school supplies, computers, printers and printer supplies, computer software, and select linens.
Tennessee's state tax holiday includes clothing priced at $100 or less; school supplies priced at $100 or less; and computers priced at $1,500 or less.
Texas's state tax holiday includes clothing, footwear, backpacks and school supplies priced at $100 or less.
Virginia's state tax holiday includes school supplies priced at $20 or less and clothing and footwear priced at $100 or less.less per item.
