Bummer! I went this morning to buy diapers (I had to go anyway and was so excited to find this in my e-mail this morning.) Unfortunately, they wouldn't take it for diapers. The computer wouldn't let them, and then the guy looked in the weekly ad and said it was listed in there. It wasn't listed on the coupon though... should I have fought it?
Same thing happened to me today when trying to buy diapers. I could not use it. Bummer!
I got formula. The total before tax was $24.99 so it didn't take it. I added a small tub of sunscreen for $1.49 and it still didn't take it. I'm sure it was b/c it was formula and they just forgot to put that (and diapers etc) on the coupon. But the girl read it and called her manager over and he took $5 off. I printed 2 out- don't know if I'll be as lucky next time. Lexington, KY
I took my coupon to Toys R Us (we don't have a Babies R Us) and paired it with the "Buy $10 worth of Annie's products and save $2 instantly" promotion, plus I got Gerber Graduates Smart Sips with my $3 off coupon, and some wooden train track for my daughter's train set.
I was excited to be able to make the Gerber Smart Sips moneymaker an even BETTER deal!
Sara´s last blog post..Happy Easter!
One of my readers pointed out that the coupon now excludes diapers, formula, etc. Not sure what is going on with that coupon!
