Coupon never appeared; also had trouble with website early. Any help w/coupon would be appreciated.
Click on where it says "free infusion sample pack." On the page that comes up, to the left, you'll see, in tiny print, "printer friendly version." Click on that, and you'll be able to print.
I went to the Aveda store today at my local mall with the coupon, and the sales associate said they might not be available until mid-August. She took my coupon & agreed to mail the sample to me.
Got my coupon with ease and going tomorrow to get my free sample. Thank you!!!
i went to my local aveda salon and they said that only the large salons carry those samples and they told me to try the biger salons in the city... soooo i would call ahead to check first.
Hey girls just though I would vent about aveda a little. I went to my local aveda and they gave me a real hard time giving me my sampler as they said that I printed off the next and I duplicated my coupon and only certain customers get this sampler when infact this offer is clearly in the maire claire august issue. They also claimed that they needed a drivers to verify the coupon when no where on it it says no need any sort of idea go figure???
On the bright side I went to another aveda and I was able to get the smooth infusion kit along with a hand relief lotion. If you sign up for their pureformance club you can get a hand relief so essentially you can get two freebies when you go to aveda.
also Ash they were lying to you ash even the smallest juut salons care those samplers kits!!!. I would call back and ask for a manager. tacits to scare off the consumer so they will not have to give out samples as many other cosmetics counters do and other beauty stores.

If you "like" their facebook page, you can register for the free trio sample there. It's for the first 20,000. NOTE: It takes awhile because so many folks are on their page, but be patient - it will go through. Just "like" them, and go to the free samples tab.
I just want to know how larges the samples are?
