I don't know if this is at all Arby's but when I used my coupon to get a free roastburger the receipt had a phone # to call for a survey. If you called within 48 hours of the day you were at Arby's and completed the survey they would give you a code to receive a free Regular Roast Beef or Beef & Cheddar!

Both of my local Arbys here near Detroit told me they aren't a participating location. So it might not work everywhere....
