I was considered ONE customer, since they saw ONE person. So in order for my elderly parents to each get one, they would need to come with me. I was told this was the policy at this particular Arby's due to people coming in saying they had ten in their party, buying ten drinks (& getting ten free sandwiches), then only having 3 people in family. I guess this policy is open to change by various franchise owners, but be aware some are saying pretty much "must be present to claim". Call ahead is the best suggestion!
