Look under "more buying choices" on the left hand side - it lists new from $5.49, shipped from Amazon. Weird that it doesn't show on the main page, though.

I found them available under the big price (Under "Want it Delivered Monday?).
It says "26 new from $5.49" and goes to a new page. Thanks DSM!
