See details on the promotional credit here.

Here's how:

  • Select AA or AAA batteries (20 ct.) from the Duracell Coppertop page.
  • Look below the product description for a $0.75 off coupon. If you don't see it, be sure you are logged in to your account. Clip the coupon to have the amount deducted from your order total.
  • Check out using the Subscribe & Save option on the right side of the screen.
  • Your total should be $7.72 with FREE shipping.
  • You'll receive a $5 promotional credit via email within 7 days to use on your next purchase.

Great deal. I always stock up on batteries before Christmas day... must have batteries ready to power those exciting new toys!

It says the $5 promotional credit will only apply to Amazon Prime or Amazon Prime Trial members only...

Is it true that the deal is only for Prime members?

Okay, I didn't read the fine print..You have to click on the details to see it.
Darn, I ordered before I knew I had to be a prime member.

Do you know if this can be done more than once? I did it for the AA batteries when you first posted but I was wondering about AAA....

I'm a Prime member and bought this deal, but did not receive and email from amazon re: $5 credit. Did anyone else? Or, do I see that credit elsewhere?

Fyi - I received an email from amazon that said the batteries were not included in the deal. That was why I did not receive the $5 credit. I wish I knew because the 40 count Duracell AA batteries at Costco is only $11.99. =(

Fyi - after contesting that with customer service twice, they finally "resent" my code. What a pain.
