Could you use an extra thousand dollars? I know, couldn’t we all…
I wish I could give you all $1,000, especially with the holidays looming, but sadly that’s not in my budget. However, the good news is I’ve teamed with a fabulous group of bloggers to give away a $1,000 Visa gift card to one lucky reader!
Enter below by answering what YOU would do with an extra $1,000 if you win! And be sure to visit Kevin & Amanda, Picky Palate, Hostess with the Mostess, Tater Tots and Jello and The Hopeless Housewife to thank them for joining me in this amazing giveaway.

I recently had a baby girl join my family of three. Now, our small two bedroom is cluttered and crazy! I’d either add the money to a down payment on a new place or use it to get the right furniture to organize us and make things a bit more homey again!
Stacy
I would use that money to purchase a full size bottom bunk bed and twin size on for my kids where we could all sleep more comfortable since we only have two twin size bed and the girls are getting older. 3 people with only two beds is no fun and my back problem is getting worse. I would even settle for just a bigger mattress without all the luxury of a bed frame!

I have been saving for a new-to-us dining room table for 10 months. In the meantime, we’ve realized that after 10 years of marriage & 3 young kids (lo #4 arrives in less than 4 weeks), out couch & tv stand also REALLY need replaced, as well as desperately needing better storage. So $1000 would greatly extend what I’ve been able to save so far!
Lucy
I would help pay for my 45 year old son-laws cancer treatments.

After the shock wore off (I never, ever win anything), I would go out and buy each of my three children and my husband a very nice Christmas gift. We are a one income family, with a child in college (and two small kids) and things are pretty tight this year. I would also buy a bunch of toys and take them to the nearest Toys For Tots drop off to help brighten Christmas for children who may not otherwise receive anything. I would take the rest of the money and put it in the bank to save for the bunk beds that my boys will need next year. Thanks for the (albeit small) chance to win! :)

I would prob go to dinner and use the rest for a new water heater:)
