Yep, you can use the coupons anywhere!

All the coupons in All You are manufacturer coupons. There was a coupon for free Rimmel mascara that said it needed to be redeemed at WalMart but I believe some people were able to use it at CVS anyway. That's the only one I remember seeing in the last few months that had store restrictions.

I ordered my subscription, but haven't received the 1st one either!

There are some Walgreens that have the Cutter products on Clearance for around $3.89, so they would be approximately $1.89 after the coupon (plus tax)
