Kimberly, the wording in the confirmation email was intended only for the housewares sold through Southern Living at HOME. Unfortunately, they did not make this clear.

The latest info I have is that they're running a little behind because of the great deals in June and July. I believe your first issue should be the November issue.

You can check the status of your subscription directly on the ALL YOU website by following the instructions on the FAQs page.

I received confirmation email on 7/21/09 & my cc was charged & they collected the $16 for the two-year subscription, but still no issues received to date. The following is from that email... "Please note that your order will be submitted along with the rest of Deal Seeking Mom's Party Order and will be shipped directly to Deal Seeking Mom's address. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks from the Party closing date for delivery.....Please remember that if you ordered a Personal Magazine Subscription for yourself, the magazine will be mailed to the address you specified during checkout. " I specified my address. Shouldn't I have received an issue by now? Thanks, kij

I placed an order for this July 29th and still haven't received an issue. Not sure who to contact to find out where my magazine is. My credit card was charged so I know they were paid. Any ideas? Thanks!

Sandra, the magazine itself will remain exactly the same. The only thing that's changing is the subscription term in the new offer. Currently the offer is for a 2-year subscription, and after August 1st it will only be for one year. Sorry if I wasn't clear on that!

Tara after I filled out my payment info and clicked the final step I recieved a run time error message. Should I just redo everything? I already gave my credit card info and I don't want to get billed twice. Thanks!
