White Christmas! We turn it on while decorating the tree Thanksgiving weekend and I play it a dozen more times before Christmas day. The tradition started with my grandmother and has been passed down. Now my 4 year old knows it's just what you do when you put the Christmas tree up!

Our favorite movies are the Santa Claus movies. I could watch them over and over again with my kids all day long. As a matter of fact, I could watch any holiday movie over another kind of movie.

38 ladybughugs November 20, 2009 at 9:47 am

White Christmas, though I hear there's a little girl in Merry Madagascar that is a wringer for my daughter. NBC is replaying it on the 28th. I've already set the DVR and will be picking up the DVD at Walmart.

In the past, I loved the Little Drummer Boy Christmas movie. It always made me cry... tears of joy! But my new fav with probably be Merry Madagascar because I love the other two Madagascar movies!

Polar Express!

42 Tara Wolfe November 20, 2009 at 10:11 am

Of course, I would have to say that our favorite holiday movie has to be "National Lampoons Christmas Vacation". We watch this movie every year since it came out. Now the my kids, the third generation, have gotten into this ritual. It is such a great, funny movie....and unfortunately, more like our family adventures every year.

43 Elizabeth Cunitz November 20, 2009 at 10:13 am

I love watching the old clay animation christmas movies. Rudolph, Frosty, etc.

Nester the long eared donkey!!

50 Buffie November 20, 2009 at 10:50 am

I had to think on this one. I guess the one movie that really makes it Christmas in our house is the Chistmas Without Santa one with Snow Meiser and Heat Meiser. I think I have the title of the movie wrong though.
