I don’t diet–basically I’m what my family thinks is “under-weight” although I’m good with my size. I eat what I want, when I want, but I just happen to be more into veggies right now. I do love Subway, and the day after Christmas 20 family members & I hiked in the redwoods, then lunched on Subway (mine was turkey) sandwiches, chips & soft drinks.
