I've already started trying to get over the 4 pounds of gained since Thanksgiving. I'm making myself walk every day at least 20 minutes even on the days I go to the gym.
I don't change too much. I just try to cut down on all the sweets.

I work on portion control and eating less overall to lose some weight after the holidays. I also look for more healthier alternatives to eating fatty and high calorie foods.
I got a fitness journal and a body fat calculator from a coworker. I plan on eating well and working out 6 day a week starting 1/1/10!!! Thanks for the contest!

Well this year I'm pregnant for the holidays again so luckily I didn't have to worry too much about my eating habits! Might go back to eating a bit less at a time though!

I plan to cut out the fast food and hit the treadmill on a regular basis!
I don't change my habits, but I am also away from all the holiday sweets, which makes things easier!
No sweets. Exercise when I can. Drink mostly water and my green tea
For the new year I will try to stop snacking on junk food, I don't usually have a habit of doing so but around Christmas I always give in to all the goodies! I know that's not good for ya!

We all have cut our calories since Christmas. We tend to do all the baking from Halloween until Christmas. It have been nice getting back in to healthier cooking!

During the holidays, from Thanksgiving to Christmas I stop exercising. I exercise all year and the last month of the year I'm on holiday as a reward to myself.
Gonna swear off candy and cookies for a few months!
I never stick to a diet but this year I've already started working out (a little is more than none!) and I'm going to at least eat better at work and work on portion control.
I'd love to win this for my hubby- he had to take a 20% pay cut to keep his small firm afloat, leaving our budget with no funds for eating out- this would be nice for him to eat out for lunch a couple of times :)
