I stick to the same healthy habits over and after the holidays...exercise, eating well, staying active!

I usually change my habits but it never seems to last, but today is my birthday and I just turned 32 so I have to get serious because the older you get the harder it is. I will be cutting out all sweets (most sugar period) and watching calorie intake, carbs, and most all of the things that are bad for you. Increasing my fresh fruit and veggie intake.
