We get back to “normal” after the holidays which mostly just means more fresh foods. We eat more packaged foods in December due to busyness and then way too many sweets once Christmas arrives.

Do I do anything different? Not a thing. I never make any changes at the start of the year. I am the same the whole year around. I eat fattening things when I want them and I look at my hips and know exactly why it looks as if someone is following me lol! I am trying to change some things right now but its a first and it started before the new year.
