I shop for food and treats using coupons. I buy stuffed animals cheep at yard sales. I always wash it in the washing machine before I let them play it.

I buy all our treats with coupons & stock up on litter when it is on sale (our cats are picky, so when I find a good deal I try to buy enough to last months)
& I agree with another post, I have shopped around for the cost of vet care; even told my current vet to see if she would lower her price

Having a vet that you and your vet feel comfortable with is important but you can also call around and find out what their prices are for standard procedures and visits. You'd be surprised what the spread is - especially if you live in a medium to large sized city. Also, if you have more than one pet see if you can negotiate a multi-pet discount.

I try to find the best sell on my kitties favorite foods, litter, etc. Then I stock up as best as possible. Also, using coupons anytime they are available.

I buy 40lb bags of dog food and put a scoop of food into baggies so she's served the same amount everytime. Thanks for the opportunity!
