Put a dot where they should aim (with marker, what have you), you'll be so thankful you...like the toilets in Amsterdam's airport have fake flies in the urinals (well known travellers fact, verified by a male in my group when we visited).

Give those guys something to aim at. A couple of Cheerios or a sheet of TP worked for my little ones. Nothing worked when they got older.
